Bishkek, Sept. 13, 2017 /Kabar/. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov held a meeting on the implementation of the agreements reached during Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, the government’s press service reported.
Isakov said that the state visit of the Uzbek President to Kyrgyzstan was a landmark event, and the Kyrgyz Government needs to take maximum measures for the successful implementation of all agreements between the two heads of state.
The prime minister also said that the governments of the two countries had prepared and approved action plans for the implementation of these agreements, and instructed the heads of state bodies of Kyrgyzstan to timely and efficiently execute all the items that are reflected in the work plan.
In addition, Isakov stressed the need to further intensify the work on the delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border over the remaining areas.
During the meeting, Economy Minister Artem Novikov informed about preparations for a business forum and an exhibition of consumer goods of Kyrgyzstan planned within the framework of the state visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev to Uzbekistan.
